2- An official document which shows the vtax number of both the buyer and seller..

Turkish citizens may find their tax id numbers from www.gelirler.gov.tr Other residents can maintain their tax id numbers from any tax office simply by their id cards.

3- 2 colored photos for buyer and 1 for seller. All the photos must be shot in the period of the last 6 months and must be suitable for these kind of document/certificate.
4- "Turkish Republic Citizen Number" (TRCN) for buyer and seller.

5- Obligatory Earthquake Insurance Policy (DASK) and the Title Deed of the resident
After the sale, the buyer must register the DASK under his own at the Insurance Company.

!- The buyer must apply to the municipality for the registration of the property. The municipality is responsible for collecting the real estate and the cleaning tax. Also the seller must apply to the municipality to cancel his registration.
